- November 1 - for review the following January
- April 1 - for review in June
Note: These deadlines are absolute. Applications submitted past a deadline will be reviewed in the next review cycle six months later.
Progress reports for applications awarded two years funding:
- November 1 - for those applications beginning first yr funding in January-June
- April 1 - for those applications beginning first yr funding in July-December
