The program is directed at teachers who are interested and involved in psychoanalytic psychodynamic education but not necessarily already deeply involved and committed. We will select those who are likely to have a significant impact on their communities, i.e. those whose career trajectory might be positively influenced by participation in our program.
The six teachers will come to APsaA’s 2012 National Meeting in January and participate in a specially designed program including: 1:1 mentoring which will continue throughout the year, meetings with senior analyst educators, within-the-group discussion and sharing of teaching projects, dilemmas, ideas, and solutions, participation in meeting activities, and social activities to foster collegiality. |
