The Education Initiative of the American Psychoanalytic Association works to advance the understanding and knowledge of psychoanalysis for the benefit of the public through educational institutions and programs.The Initiative seeks to advance the resources available to educators at all levels as well as advance the applicability of psychoanalytic principles as components of other professions.
